The case described is real, but thankfully Ellie May has now been found and is safe. A local
news report indicates that Ellie May Ashley went missing from Annesley, Nottinghamshire, on July 12, 2012 and that there were increasing concerns for her safety.

A 15-year-old girl who had been missing since Thursday (12 July 2012) has been found.
Ellie Mae Ashley was located safe and well.
