Storm Photographs - Larger View
According to a description that often accompanies these storm photographs, they show the beginning of Hurricane Katrina and a tidal wave generated by its passing. Although the photographs are all genuine, the accompanying description is completely untrue. The first six images were taken by storm chaser Mike Hollingshead and do not depict Katrina. While the seventh photograph in the message is actually related to Hurricane Katrina, it does not depict a tidal wave as described nor was it taken in Bay Saint Louis, Mississippi.
